Booking process
Our booking process has seven steps, from choosing your expedition to arriving at the mountain ready to climb.
The booking process, step by step
We are with you at every stage of the booking process. In addition, your consultant answers your questions and tells you what comes next after each step.

Choose your expedition to start the booking process
Browse our programs and select the expedition and dates that best fit your goals, experience, and availability. However, if you are unsure which program is right for you, our team will be happy to advise you.

Confirm details with us
Once you reach out, we will provide the complete itinerary, pricing, and requirements. This also includes information on acclimatization, technical level, logistics, and any additional services you might need.

Complete the application form
Fill in the application form with your personal information, medical history, emergency contacts, and any relevant experience in the mountains. This information then helps us ensure your safety and provide you with the right support.

Reservation deposit

Choose the date that works best for you and check the available spots directly on our website. Then click “Book Now” and our website will take you to our secure payment platform.
There, you can:
- Pay the reservation deposit or the full amount.
- Add any add-ons you may need, such as a single tent, single room, or rental equipment.
Other expeditions
We will send you a Payment Link (WeTravel) to complete your reservation. Through the link, you can also:
- Pay the reservation deposit or the full amount.
- Select any available add-ons you may need.
For both booking options you can choose your preferred currency. Depending on the currency, payment can be made by bank transfer (recommended) or credit/debit card.
We confirm your reservation as soon as we receive the required deposit.
Transaction and processing fees are the responsibility of the client.
Please note: We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Participation agreement
After completing your payment, the platform will ask you to digitally sign our Participation Agreement, which explains the responsibilities, risks, and terms of service related to the expedition.
Therefore, please make sure to review and sign it before your expedition. This helps ensure that both you and our team are aligned on expectations and safety measures.

Balance payment
You must pay the remaining balance no later than 30 days prior to the start of the expedition. In addition, one month before your expedition, the platform will send you a payment reminder by email.
Then, from that email, simply click “Manage Your Booking” to access your reservation and pay the remaining balance.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with your consultant.

Final confirmation and preparation
Finally, once we receive all documents and payments, we will send you a final confirmation. After that, we will provide a detailed pre-expedition information pack, which includes a review of your registered details, the name of your guide, emergency contact information, and other important notes to help you arrive prepared and confident.
